Wedding in Alberobello the land of the trulli
When we met Reanne and Giulio, we immediately felt their love! and the beauty that this had created in their family. There was a fairytale between them and a fairytale wedding was what they had to have!
One of the most famous villages in Puglia is Alberobello, an historic city full of trulli. Here is were Reanne and Giulio decide to have their fairytale wedding.
Their beautiful location, the Grand Hotel La Chiusa di Chietri offered them everything they dreamed of. Huge green space, accommodations for their guests amazing food and superlative customers service.
Reanne got ready inside one of the trulli suite, while Giulio in the hotel’s room.
The fairytale ceremony took place in front of Borgo Chietri, which we decorated with a beautiful flower arch. There were beautiful umbrellas to protect the guests from the sun, an order of service with the petals on each chair and all the rest of the needed stationery magnificently designed by Marry Me by Amoretti.
It’s not a wedding in Italy, if you don’t have a huge buffet of starters! that is what Reanne and Giulio decided to serve to their guests after the ceremony. Everybody was mesmerise by the beauty of the place and all the chefs that were cooking in front delicious dishes for them.
The fairytale wedding dinner was held amongst ancient olive trees. We set up two long tables, above these we have placed some beautiful centerpieces made with golden columns with flowers on top, small vases with flowers and tealights.
While the centrepiece for the kids table was done with a garland of balloons and on each chair a bag with inside a surprise for them. To get to their tables the guests had to drink a shoot of delitius limoncello. Definitely, you have to try once! After the meal we all gathered together for the cutting of the wedding cake.
Reanne and Giulio had a lovely first dance on the dance floor, while at the same time we opened the desserts buffet and the open bar.
We all had a blast and we hope that this beautiful couple will always have the same love we saw in their eyes that day.
